People who have held real accountability inside a bank — as a transformation executive, a chief operating or risk officer, a chief executive, or in a senior regulatory role — and who would rather advise a small number of clients properly than build a large practice.
Depth in core banking, Islamic banking, merger integration or digital delivery matters more to us than consulting background.
